| This is the second edition of a book first introduced in 1997. I suspect that the short life time of the first edition was attributable to the number of errors in that text. Even the errata contained errors. Obviously, a most frustrating experience for beginning pharmacy students, instructors, and practitioners. The authors and publisher have closely checked the new edition, and it appears to be free from the old errors.
